The content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

2. Products and Sales

 

We sell clothing and accessories (“Products”). We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our Products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Products or services that we offer. All descriptions of Products or Product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

3. Refund and Return Policy

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of our Products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Products that do not fit

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color discrepancies

  • Mistakes made by the customer during ordering

Please review your order, sizing charts, and product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. By completing a purchase on our Site, you acknowledge and agree to this “All Sales Final” policy.

3.1. Exception: Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@degeneratesglobal.com within 7 days of delivery. You must include photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will review the claim and, at our sole discretion, will replace the hat or issue a refund depending on the situation.

4. Shipping Policy

 

4.1. Processing Time

  • All custom hats are made to order.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

  • Complex or highly detailed customizations may require additional time. If so, we will contact you.

4.2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

  • Estimated delivery times (does not include production time):

    • Domestic: 5-7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location and customs)

4.3. Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. A specific carrier may be selected at checkout if options are available.

4.4. Order Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

4.5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or delays.

  • These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are not the responsibility of Degenerates Global, LLC.

4.6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery time and handling are outside our control.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed, but we do not guarantee the outcome of the claim.

4.7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • The customer is responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fees.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

 

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Attempt to scrape, collect, or harvest data from the Site.

  • Interfere with the security-related features of the Site.

  • Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Degenerates Global, LLC.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

You agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Texas in each case located in the County of Williamson.
